Doctor Gaglione grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, graduating from Shaker Heights High School, Denison University and the Ohio State University College of Dentistry.

He joined his father in dental practice in 1984 and in 1998, he moved his family to Grand Junction to join Dr. Gilmore. He and his wife, Sally, have three daughters.

Dr. Gaglione holds Dental Practice memberships with the American Dental Association, The Academy of Operative Dentistry and the Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry. He has served as the President of the Western Colorado Dental Society.
